Netflix will release 15 new episodes of Arrested Development on May 26, but fans can have a taste from the Bluth family before then. The show will host a pop-up Frozen Banana Stand in honor of the beloved show’s return to the small screen.
The show, which only lasted three seasons, centered around the loving yet dysfunctional Bluths, who hid all of their dirty money in the family business, a Frozen Banana Stand. In countries where Netflix is available, the Arrested Development team will host a real-life replica of the stand, complete with frozen bananas dipped in chocolate.
There’s always money (and trouble) in the banana stand.
The stand first appeared today in London and will come to New York sometime in the next two weeks. The folks at Netflix couldn’t verify when and where exactly, but eager fans can follow @ArrestedDev on Twitter for updates on specific locations and guest appearances.
