Sawako Okochi ‘In’ at Lani Kai; Johnny Iuzzini ‘Out’ at Jean Georges

Sawako Okochi, formerly of Annisa and Good Fork, will take over Lani Kai’s kitchen.

Johnny Iuzzini will leave Jean Georges on December 31. The veteran pastry chef plans on studying gelato in Italy and working on children’s books. Joe Murphy will take Iuzzini’s place.

Chef Stephanie Izard, of Chicago’s Girl and Goat, will visit A Voce Madison on Monday. Izard and chef Missy Robbins will partner up to host a four-course charity dinner.
