Vivian Girls

For a hyped-up group, you could do a lot worse than Vivian Girls. Though some were disappointed when their second record didn’t make sparks fly as much as their debut, they’ve also been good about bringing the noise for their live shows, and you have to at least give ’em credit for sticking with the garage-fueled indie label (In the Red) that helped get ’em to where they are now. With Grass Widow and Bitters.
